Meet Our Trainers

Jennifer Ray is a Certified Personal Trainer with the
National Personal Training Institute. She specializes in individual
and group programs, nutrition counseling, weight management,
flexibility, core stability, injury strengthening, as well as youth
training and pre/post natal programs.
For Jenn, exercise
is vital for maintaining good health and the best quality of life.
She believes we need exercise to keep our bodies strong and flexible
and our self-esteem high. Exercise is an investment not a monthly
cost. “Use it or lose it.”
Jenn provides her
clients with challenging workouts and new routines. Her laughter and
easygoing personality help Jenn connect with her clients. Jenn
incorporates a lot of fun and energy into her training and her
clients reap the benefits.

Tina Sroka is an energetic,
enthusiastic certified personal trainer who has a passion for
helping others reach their fitness goals.
With 11 years of experience in the fitness field, Tina will give
her all to motivate you and keep you focused on the finish line.
Tina's positive attitude can instill confidence and help you
overcome any obstacles that may stand in your way.

Kris
Gray began her fitness career as a group exercise
instructor 7 years ago, specializing in Step and Strength Training
classes. Certified by the American College of Sports Medicine in
2004, Kris has enjoyed working with over twenty-five clients in the
last few years and overseeing the fulfillment of their fitness
goals. Most notably, Kris helped a bride-to-be shed over 30 pounds
before her wedding day!
Kris' personal
interests include music, cooking and just spending time with friends
and family. Kris' dedication to her personal training clients is
rivaled only by her expertise and enthusiasm for helping them reach
optimum fitness.

Robyn Gauthier began her journey as
a certified group exercise instructor 8 years ago. She specializes
in fusing dance and exercise as seen in her Ballet Boot Camp and
Step classes. Certified in Personal Training by the Aerobics and
Fitness Association of America in 2004, Robyn has trained dozens of
clients to success - in all shapes and sizes.
Noted for her "tough love" approach, Robyn gets results for her
clients. During the day, Robyn teaches 7th grade English and enjoys
taking care of her husband, son and two daughters.
