Like boot camp but better! Cardio sports drills are combined with
strength training and exercises for functional fitness. One workout, one

Balls to the Walls:
This cardio, core and strength workout
circuits through a series of moves utilizing stability balls and
physioballs for a calorie torching total body workout.
Chisel:
Weight training and resistance work are a must to lose fat, burn
calories, and build muscle. Includes abs and a final stretch. Designed
for all fitness levels.
Core Conditioning 30:
Your core is defined as everything BUT your
arms and legs. In this non aerobic 30 minute conditioning class, focus
is placed primarily on the abdominals, lower back, and shoulder. Enhance
abdominal definition, core strength, core stability and flexibility.
Cycling:
The ultimate cardiovascular workout in which you are challenged by
varying terrain including intervals of hill climbing and speed work. YOU
choose the pace and degree of resistance on your bike! Sign up to
reserve your bike. Water bottle and towel required. All levels welcome.
Fit, Fierce, ‘n Fabulous:
This class utilizes integrated strength,
cardio and power drills designed to melt away fat! Get your entire
workout done in less than an hour!
Hard Body Meltdown:
Burn, sweat, tighten and melt your body in this 50 minute class that
combines calorie-burning cardio drills with muscle-leaning sculpting
exercises into one intense workout. No coordination necessary, but come
prepared to work hard.

Hatha Yoga:
Total health for the body and mind designed to increase balance,
flexibility and strength through centering, breathing techniques and
posture holds. Held in a non-heated room with modifications for
beginners through advanced.
Lite ‘n Lively:
A combination of slow and controlled resistance exercises coupled with
light cardio moves, designed to condition the entire body. Beginner –
Intermediate level.
Pilates Muscle Mix:
The class encompasses controlled, precise movements designed to stretch
and strengthen the core muscles -- the abdomen, back, and buttocks.
Deep coordinated breathing, proper form, and alignment are critical
elements of this class.
Power Ride (Cycling):
A powerful and strong interval training routine
that never stops building as you go on a ride like none other! A 50
minute ride that is perfect for fitness enthusiasts, recreational and
serious cyclists, and tri-athletes in-training!
Power Yoga:
Flowing continuous power and strength moves combined with sun
salutations and dynamic holding postures that connect your breath to the
movements. Modifications and props are provided for different levels of
fitness. This class takes place in a heated room so don’t forget your
water bottle and towel.
Relax & Renew Yoga:This
yoga class will restore, regenerate, and rejuvenate your body. Take the
time once a week to set the busy world aside and just show up, breathe,
and be still.
R.I.P.P.E.D.:
The one stop body shock! A fun high energy total body conditioning
class that incorporates Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometric, and
Endurance training. This class targets all muscle groups by combining
free weights and athletic conditioning. Come and get R.I.P.P.E.D….

This step class is all about letting go and going for it with crazy
counts, wild blends, and imaginative moves. No Rules, No Parents, No
Clothes? Just kidding but we will have fun!!
Step It Up:
A nonstop movement experience for anyone and everyone. Fun, fast-paced
cardio workout minus difficult routines to memorize. Learn to love just
moving to the music and enjoying your body.
Step, Move and Groove:
Move, groove, dance and shake your way through a step class unlike any
other. A combination of fun, athletic dance-based movements on the step
will leave you sweaty.
Tai-Chi:
The Art of Rejuvenation promoting health and self cultivation. Tai-Chi
is a form of exercise that integrates mental concentration, body
movement, and breathing techniques for health and well being. All levels
welcome.
T-N-T Kickboxing:
A rapid fire, calorie burning workout that takes traditional kickboxing
to a whole new level! High intensity cardio combinations that deliver
an energetic exercise experience guaranteed to leave you totally soaked!
TreadZone:
A dynamic interval workout performed on the treadmill. Efficiently burn
fat with continuous power walking, jogging, sprinting, and hill
intervals. Set goals and break through comfort zones.
Zumba®:
“Zumba” from Miami, the hottest workout in RI. A Latin-style dance
workout that is easy to follow and sure to “shake” what your mama
